High Speed Internet Access Information:

If you are having difficulty with your high speed Internet connection, power off everything, including the DSL Modem or the Power Injector that goes to your Wireless Antenna outside your house, as well as your Router if you have one.  Then after a minute, power everything back up and within a couple minutes you should be back online.  If this doesn't work, your problem may be more serious and you should call customer service.
